The Tanah Laut Regency Statistics Agency (BPS) has released the results of the 2025 Data Needs Survey (SKD) analysis as an evaluation of the quality of statistical services provided to the public through the Integrated Statistics Service (PST).
The Data Needs Survey is conducted to identify data needs, customer satisfaction levels, service quality, and public perceptions of the implementation of anti-corruption behavior in public services. The results of this survey serve as a basis for efforts to continuously improve the quality of statistical services.
Based on the 2025 SKD analysis, the BPS Tanah Laut Regency PST service demonstrated excellent performance. Various service indicators reflect a high level of user satisfaction and the implementation of a professional, transparent, and integrity-based work culture.
Through this survey, BPS Tanah Laut Regency is committed to continuous service improvements and innovations to optimally meet the public's data needs. Input and suggestions from service users are also crucial in supporting the improvement of the quality of statistical services.
