Abstract

South Kalimantan export value in April 2013 reached U.S. $ 712.43 million, down 18.75 percent compared to March 2013 exports reached U.S. $ 876.86 million and down 27.26 percent compared to the month of April 2012 the export value of U.S. $ 980, 81 million.

The main commodity export biggest contributor South Kalimantan in April 2013 based on code Harmonized System (HS) 2 digits are the categories of mineral fuels (HS 27) with a value of U.S. $ 604.27 million, the group of goods fats and oils of animal / vegetable (HS 15) with value of U.S. $ 60.11 million and a group of ores, slag, ash and metals (HS 26) with a value of U.S. $ 23.02 million.

The main countries of export destination South Kalimantan in April 2013 was to China with U.S. $ 239.30 million, India with a value of U.S. $ 211.25 million and Japan with U.S. $ 112.35 million.

The value of imports of South Kalimantan in April 2013 amounted to U.S. $ 279.19 million, up 73.70 percent compared to the value of imports in March 2013, which reached U.S. $ 160.73 million, while the value of imports compared to the month of April 2012 increased by 23, 51 percent of the time it was valued at U.S. $ 226.04 million.
