Farmer Exchange Rates (NTP) in May 2019 amounted to 95.88, up 1.34 percent.

Abstract

- In May 2019 the Kalimantan Selatan NTP was 95.88, up 1.34 percent compared to the April 2019 NTP which reached 94.61. The increase in NTP was due to the index of prices received by farmers (It) up 2.26 percent, while the price index paid by farmers (Ib) only increased by 0.91 percent.
- In May 2019 in rural areas of Kalimantan Selatan there was inflation of 1.12 percent, where almost all group price indices increased around 0.11 - 1.85 percent. The highest foodstuffs group rose 1.85 percent.
- The exchange value of Kalimantan Selatan Agriculture Households (NTUP) in May 2019 amounted to 105.34 or increased by 2.00 percent compared to NTUP in the previous month which reached 103.27.
- The average price of Dry Grain Harvest (GKP) quality at the farm level rose 3.25 percent, from Rp 4,847.03 per kg in April 2019 to Rp 5,004.32 per kg in May 2019. Likewise the price of grain in the milling rate rose 3.05 percent from Rp 4,939.98 per kg in April 2019 to Rp 5,090.61 per kg in May 2019.
